Job Summary
YOU...
- coordinate various stakeholders necessary for the production activity (from suppliers to customers)
- are responsible for production scheduling and planning ensuring components are delivered on time and meet aerospace quality requirements
- control stock levels manage procurement of parts and ensure supply chain continuity
- monitor and analyze production KPIs (on-time delivery quality metrics non-conformities efficiency) and define improvement plans
- support quality initiatives such as audits root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities (Lean/6 sigma process optimization)
Qualifications :
YOU...
- fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate aged between 18 and 28 years)
- have completed a mechanical industrial or aerospace engineering degree with a focus on production or quality techniques
- have initial experience in production planning manufacturing engineering or quality assurance ideally in the aerospace industry
- have practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and are comfortable analyzing production data
- are an open and communicative person with strong organizational skills
- speak fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus
