Who are we looking for

We are inviting expressions of interest from professionals at all career stages from recent graduates and emerging engineers to established technical specialists and senior leaders with expertise in Ground Engineering and Tunnelling across the water sector.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Geotechnical / Ground Engineering specialists

• Tunnelling Engineers Design & Construction Leads

• Tunnel Project Managers / Technical Leads

• Principal / Senior Ground & Tunnelling Engineers

• Field and Site Engineers (Geotech / Tunnels)

• Modelling Site Investigation & Groundwater Specialists

• Construction Support QA & Risk/Contract Specialists

• Geotechnical and Tunnelling Technical Advisors and SMEs

Whether your passion lies in challenging ground conditions complex subsurface works retaining structures or advanced tunnelling methodologies we want to hear from you.

Where you could work

We have opportunities (based on project needs and candidates preferences) across multiple cities on the East Coast including Brisbane Gold Coast Sunshine Coast Newcastle Sydney Canberra and Melbourne with flexible working arrangements and hybrid models where appropriate. 

What were looking for

We welcome expressions of interest from candidates with:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or associated disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience or interest in ground engineering and/or tunnelling within water civil or underground infrastructure contexts.

• A proactive solutions-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.

• Professional registration (e.g. CPEng) chartership or equivalent recognised experience (desired not essential).

• Capability to contribute technically and strategically at project program or network level.
