Job Summary
Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (Child and Adolescent)
Location: Alpharetta GA (In-person required)
Compensation: $65000-$95000/year (combined salary incentives)
Employment type: W-2 Employee Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual family and group counseling
- Responsible for maintaining communication regarding treatment progress to referral sources and providing aftercare plans and follow-up care
- Ensuring the proper care of clients as mandated by the providers ethical guidelines and in coordination with other treating professionals
- Ensuring proper and timely documentation of services provided
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Mental Health Therapist Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field such as Social Work Counseling or Psychology required
- Licensed as one of the following: LPCC LICSW LP or LMFT in the state of Georgia and in good standing with the Licensing Board.
- Ability to work a minimum of 27 clinical hours (Full-time)
- Ability to work at our Alpharetta office
