Job Summary
Immediate openings available for experienced and professional Caregivers Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants for part time and full time in-home personal care providerpositions at Senior Helpers. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assistance with ADLs such as bathing dressing toileting eating transferring and walking
- Companionship (playing games talking going for walks with clients)
- Light housekeeping
- Running Errands
- Transportation using clients vehicle or personal vehicle
- Meal planning and preparation
- Laundry
- Medication reminders
- Working with Alzheimers & Dementia clients
- Using a gait belt for client transfers when needed
Qualifications:
- Clear Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)
- Professional experience as a hands-on personal care provider
- Empathy caring attitude and commitment to treating peoplewith dignity and respect.
- Ability to drive or have access to transportation to get to work.
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Active CPR certification from an in-person hands-on course
- Level 2 Background Screenfrom the State of Florida.
- CEUs for HIV andAlzheimers
- Able to use a smart phone to clock in and out
