What Were Looking For:
This is an experienced position ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude strong communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. Were looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership to join a family and to grow with an established brand.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
Skills: Excellent communication ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Commitment: Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!
Compensation: $30.00-40.00 per hour
