Primary Purpose:
A K-12 Chief Academic Administrator Assistantprovides administrative and general support to the Education department within a school district or individual role involves tasks such as maintaining student records assisting with general office duties handling paperwork and managing student play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the educational department and supporting the needs of the school. While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the job requirements management reserves the right to modify and assign duties as deemed necessary.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records including CUM files Registration documents attendance records and student information system data.
- Assisting with the recruitment process in the area of student enrollment conducting student file checks and preparing and scheduling start dates for new students.
- Handling various education-related paperwork such as new student paperwork withdrawal documents and other forms related to student changes.
- Entering and managing student data in SIS systems generating reports and assisting with data analysis.
- Responding to parent inquiries drafting and distributing student-related communications and maintaining internal and external communication channels.
- Performing general office duties such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- All other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Chief Academic Administrator.
