Role: Experienced Gutter Installer

Once youre trained up and running full capacity we can transition you to our revenue-share system. That means instead of being capped at hourly youll earn a percentage of your trucks revenue. Top installers are estimated to make $60K$75K annually.

This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field to be part of a family and to grow with an established brand.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Interest in growing with the company
- Willingness to work overtime
- Be a team player
- A desire to establish a positive work culture
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services and installation and a passion for all things gutters!
Experienced Gutter Installer Compensation: Hourly Position Commission Opportunities
Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:
- Construction/Gutters: 2 years
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
