Job Summary
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Assist at high technical level to any plant department with the objective of performing activities at high safety reliability and efficiency standardsIn close coordination with Maintenance and production department he will support their activities with engineer level evaluation of tasks and jobs
Participating also in the analysis of many IMS documentation transposal. Lead the deployment of Group Program related to Realiability Optimization and Efficiency to the Facility. Supporting actively the Production Team (participating in plant restarts)
Local correspondant in water treatment level
Safety & IMS
Ensure ZERO accident operation by:
- Prepare and/or assess and/or evaluate JHA & SOPs
- Actively participate to MOC process leading it in many occassions. Detect modifications and apply MOC properly.
- Conduct BSV in Production& Maintenance perimeter.
- Help in IMS Implementation.
- Improve operational & maintenance Safety : suggest modifications and corrective actions
- Organize process meetings with plant staff for figures evolution communication
- Fully understand the SOP (ex. EIS shutdown etc)
- Comply with local Rules and regulations and Air Liquide Industrial Management System.
Reliability and Efficiency
- Participate in the continuous Reliability Improvement Program
- Analyze Reliability and Efficiency Incidents for plant incident mitigation or correction
- Analyze on short mid and long term plant performance identifying room for improvement
- Participate in cost analysis studies for forecast and previsions -Continuously run the production units at the known optimized process parameters according the customer demands and the contract requirements.
- Participate/lead restart of the unit (cold warm restart)
- Work together with SIOC in continous improvement of efficiency (identification test and validation).
- In case of incidents initiate and perform RCA.
- Capitalize on lessons learnt (up-date SOPs organize training sessions etc)
- Participate and deploy reliability and efficiency improvement plan defined by the LI technical platform and/or LIWIM.
Training
- Participate actively in the training of plant staff one various topics:
- Safety/IMS
- Plant procedures
- Technical/Qualification
Reporting
- Set the proper reporting system with all suitable LI KPIs (daily weekly monthly).
- Analyze process KPIs on a regular basis and react accordingly.
- Provide the required data for reporting.
- Participate as appropriate in meetings with the client.
Are you a MATCH
1. Chemical Bachelor degree in engineering.
2. 0-3 years experience
3. Technical and working understanding of Air Liquides operation processes / Ability to read key operating documents and to troubleshoot production problems
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Decision Making Consciously selecting the best alternative from two or more
6. Capacity of influence getting people to willingly understand objectives
7. Capacity of Problem Analysis identifying problems and obtaining the information necessary to solve it
