The ideal Gutter Installer candidate will possess:

Positive attitude
Desire to grow with the company
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience with exterior home improvement carpentry or other relevant construction experience is required
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons
Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus but not required!
Willingness to work overtime
A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
A great sense of humor
OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

Gutter Installer Compensation:

Hourly Position ($20-$26) - Starting salary based on experience

The minimum requirements are:

valid drivers license
18 years of age
