Job Summary

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a leading manufacturer of architectural panels and steel products we are committed to continuous innovation and improvement and the Research Scientist will play a crucial role in driving our research and development efforts.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and priorities

- Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations

- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation

- Write technical reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders

- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

- PhD in Materials Science Chemistry or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a research and development role preferably in the manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of materials testing and analysis techniques

- Proficient in data analysis and statistical software

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
