The Role
As a Customer Support Representative you will:

Provide high-quality customer support in Croatian

Use English for internal communication and documentation

Assist customers via phone email or chat

Ensure a positive customer experience by following quality standards and procedures
Working Hours

Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

Between 09:00 and 19:00
Requirements

Croatian C2 level (mandatory)

English B2 level (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset

Ability to work in a shift-based environment

Valid authorization to work in Greece
