About the Role
Are you fluent in French Italian Spanish German Dutch or Danish and looking for an international career opportunity
Join a global customer support team in Greece supporting well-known international brands. You will assist customers via phone email and chat while enjoying either a full relocation package or remote work from anywhere in Greece.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in your native language
- Handle inquiries via phone email and live chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Maintain accurate case documentation
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency (C1/C2) in one of the following:
French / Italian / Spanish / German / Dutch / Danish - English level B1 or higher
- EU passport or valid EU work permit
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece or already based in Greece
