Dutch Speaker Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Work Model: On-site (with hybrid possibility after 90 days)

The Role
As a Customer Support Representative you will:

Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch

Use English for internal communication and documentation

Assist customers via phone email or chat

Ensure a positive customer experience by following company guidelines and quality standards
Working Hours

Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

Between 08:00 and 00:00
Training & Work Model

Training and nesting period fully on-site for candidates based in Attica

After 90 days possibility to work from home based on performance and project metrics
Requirements

Dutch C2 level (mandatory)

English B2 level (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a shift-based environment

Valid authorization to work in Greece
