Your role:

Respond to German-speaking customers via phone email or chat
Troubleshoot product or service issues
Follow up on customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Collaborate with team leads to improve customer satisfaction

Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English communication skills - German C1 and English B2
Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for helping people and a knack for finding solutions that leave customers feeling heard and valued.
Digital Comfort: Confidence with digital tools and a readiness to learn new platforms and technologies.
Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment where teamwork is the key to success.

Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Greece.
