Pay: $105000.00 - $145000.00 per year based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign daily work objectives to technicians
- Train coach supervise monitor and assist technicians with their performance
- Communicate with team leaders to determine status of jobs
- Review open repair order report daily to resolve future problems and get orders closed
- Communicate with various dealership personnel to ensure quality of customer service
- Perform quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
- Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations
- Follow company safety procedures.
- Comply and adhere to Volkswagen guidelines for warranty and general repairs
Qualifications
- Shop Foreman Experience
- Volkswagen Certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Critical thinker ability to solve mathematical problems using logic and reasoning
- Time management prioritizing workload
