Job Summary

Do you love working with numbers analyzing data and want to grow in a global environment We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our FP&A team and make an impact!

What youll do:

Support month-end closing activities ensuring timely and accurate financial data consolidation.
Create insights prepare management reports analyze variances vs. budget prior year forecasts monitor KPIs and deliver presentations for senior leadership.
Maintain and enhance the Groups reporting and consolidation tool (LucaNet) and the finanancial model ensuring data integritry and usability.
Support financial planning and contribute to key financial processes including forecasting and budgeting.
Solve problems conduct ad-hoc analyses on costs profitability and performance metrics to support key decisions.
Improve processes identify opportunities for automation and optimization within financial reporting.
Collaborate globally work closely with Controlling Accounting and finance teams across different regions.

What were looking for:

Degree in Finance Economics or related field
Fluent English both written and verbal
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
Nice to have:
Initial experience or internship in a finance or FP&A role is a plus
Familiarity with Power BI and database tools (e.g. SQL)
