As a Parts Supervisor youll lead a team responsible for parts functions ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance with company standards. If youre organized detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is a role for you!
For this position the expected base salary range is between $85000 and $100000 annually. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.
Job Description:
- Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts for all customers.
- Plan organize and schedule daily and weekly workloads and personnel assignments.
- Provide training and support for all parts functions as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers delivering superior service.
- Facilitate change management in a demanding customer-focused environment.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal parts systems and processes.
- Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings to reinforce compliance and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Supervise parts staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Review and approve parts orders for accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct safety talks and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership role preferably in parts.
- Previous experience in a customer facing sales role or related environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills to foster positive employee engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Outlook and Word.
Important:
- This position is based out of our Kamloops location.
- Permanent full-time role.
- Monday Friday 5x2 schedule.
