Job Summary
- Oversee the overall operations of the Spa & Recreation department and ensure the set standards are being followed
- Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring the annual budget to support the operation and manages the section within approved budgetary limits
- Monitor guest feedback in relation to service promotions and client and guest reviews
- Oversee all training activities of the Spa & Recreation team members
- Review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets and monitor according to budget
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Knowledge in Opera system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
