THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled mobile developer proficient in both native Android and Flutter to work on applications with millions of downloads. You will contribute to the full app lifecyclefrom architecture and development to testing and releaseacross both Android and Flutter-based projects. You will be part of our R&D team and collaborate closely with other developers designers and QA testers in an Agile environment.
Requirements:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 3 years of experience in Flutter development (Dart) and building cross-platform apps
- 5 years of experience in native Android development (Java & Kotlin)
- Strong UI and animation skills for both native Android and Flutter
- Experience with platform channels and native integrations in Flutter
- Deep understanding of Android SDK (permissions services background tasks etc.)
- Experience with common Android libraries (Coroutines Glide Retrofit OkHttp)
- Familiarity with legacy Android tools (RxJava AsyncTasks Views)
- Proficiency in Flutter ecosystem libraries (Provider Riverpod BLoC etc.)
- Comfortable with Android Studio git Firebase and performance profiling tools
- Experience with maintaining apps on Google Play (100000 downloads)
- Familiarity with Agile workflows (Kanban)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with iOS deployment (not required but a bonus)
