Job Summary

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specialising in mental health issues. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps to address mental health issues helping people achieve happiness and overall well-being.

We are seeking a Director of Product who will join our AI Autonomous Clinic Track to lead 4 product teams. The track is responsible for the clinical workflow support processes and aspires to build a clinic that is fully autonomous with the only manual touchpoint being the patients appointment with their provider.

We have already launched multiple AI initiatives and experiences:

AI Scribe that helps clinicians save time on writing progress notes (in beta)
Chart Review AI that highlights deviations from clinical protocols
Agentic AI Receptionist that owns internal processes (just a few for now)

The person in this role will collaborate closely with our Director of AI to lead the track.

We expect the person in this role to have significant hands-on experience working on highly engaging products experience in driving user behaviour with product-led mechanisms a strong analytical mindset previous leadership experience and a track record of successful product launches including AI products.

The Director of Product reports to the SVP of Product & Engineering. The person in the role is expected to contribute on the strategic and operational levels which means switching from working on the product strategy collaborating with other departments heads and hands-on working with PMs on their initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead the AI Autonomous Clinic Track together with the Director of AI
Hire coach manage and otherwise work with a team of 4 PMs in the track
Facilitate the strategy planning process that both empowers teams in the track yet prioritises the overall tracks goal achievements
Ensure high quality of product execution by working hands-on with the teams PMs on discovery definition design and delivery.
Facilitate product org processes in the track (track planning PRD reviews design crits etc.)
Collaborate with other departments heads leadership and Core track on cross-functional products taking the lead where appropriate

Requirements:

8 years of experience in product management in a product-led company.
3 years of experience leading 2 or more product managers.
Experience working in one of the following: consumer subscription app social platform marketplace productivity tool B2B SaaS healthtech edtech or on-demand.
Experience driving multi-team strategy planning
Experience building and launching AI (preferably LLM-based) product initiatives
Experience in assessing performance developing growth plans coaching hiring and firing.
Strong prioritisation skills ability to say no and follow up with heres what will achieve the best result.
Structured approach to problem solving

Advanced English level (C1) and Fluent Russian

We would be excited about you if you have worked on or built personal projects with RAG Agents Multimodal AI etc. We realise that you may not fit all the requirements yet be a perfect fit for us.
