What Youll Do:

Provide Armed Security for clients ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Monitor Security Systems conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service representing ARDENT Protection with respect and care in every interaction.
Uphold Industry Standards as part of our broader mission to transform the security industry through professionalism and integrity.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation:$17.50per hour

Job Types: Part-Time

Required Skills:

Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the retail propertyto deter theft vandalism and other security risks.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence to promote a safe and welcoming environment for customers staff and visitors.
Monitor and respond appropriately to incidents involving disturbances suspicious activity or conflicts utilizing effective conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with directions general inquiries and safety-related concerns.
Accurately observe document and prepare detailed incident shift and activity reports in a timely manner.
Use mobile devices and security systems to log patrols submit reports and communicate with supervisors or site contacts.
Enforce site-specific policies and procedures while remaining compliant with state regulations and company standards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with store management coworkers and emergency responders as needed.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical situations fire alarms or security threats and follow established response protocols.
Perform physical duties as required including standing for extended periods walking long distances and climbing stairs.
