We are looking for a senior and business-driven Service Contracts Manager / Service Owner for a global consulting assignment within service strategy and aftersales. The assignment has an international scope and involves overall responsibility for the development governance and profitability of service contracts across multiple markets.
In this role you will hold a central position driving and further developing the service contract offering in close collaboration with regional market organizations and global functions within areas such as quality reliability and technology. You will work both strategically and operationally to increase penetration quality and business value within the service contract portfolio.
Responsibilities
Develop package and drive the global rollout of service contracts across multiple markets
Support regional service organizations in growing service contracts including pricing models and calculations
Develop and deliver training related to service contracts with a focus on business value and value creation
Lead the development maintenance and governance of technical pricing models in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Own and continuously improve technical price calculators per market and vehicle type
Convert calculation outputs into repair matrices and ensure correct distribution to relevant markets
Own and continuously update the global service contract coverage list
Follow up analyze and report on the service contract portfolio regarding risk budget deviations and forecasts
Act as super user and first-line support for relevant business and analytics tools
Collect and analyze market and competitor insights to support the development of service offerings
Represent the organization in global collaborations related to service contracts
Required Profile
510 years of relevant senior experience within service management service contracts aftersales or commercial operations
Good knowledge of the service business within commercial vehicles automotive or industrial sectors
Experience in reliability engineering including analysis of failure rates and cost drivers
Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data
Strong commercial awareness and business drive
Excellent communication skills in international and cross-functional environments
Fluency in spoken and written English
University degree in engineering business or equivalent professional experience
