Job Summary
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 teacher who wants to inspire children at the next stage of their learning journey If so wed love to welcome you.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Slough
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 3 Teacher you will:
Deliver inspiring lessons that support the transition from KS1 to KS2.
Build childrens confidence and love for learning across subjects.
Use formative and summative assessment to track progress.
Create a safe and engaging learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
(If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 2.
Passion for inspiring independent and curious learners.
Organised creative and reflective teaching style.
Commitment to inclusive practice.
Willingness to consider a TLR.
