We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Year 5 Teacher
Location: Slough
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 5 Teacher you will:
Deliver high-quality lessons that stretch and inspire every pupil.
Prepare children for the academic and social challenges of Upper Key Stage 2.
Use assessment effectively to ensure progress for all learners.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Work closely with colleagues parents and support staff.
(If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.
What Were Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 5.
Are reflective organised and excellent communicators.
Demonstrate creativity enthusiasm and commitment to inclusion.
Are open to taking on additional responsibility through a TLR.
