Job Summary

Work description:
1. Safety consciousness willingness to follow Ehs work safety requirements.
2. Read & follow Safety instructions Equipment manuals Work Instructions.
3. Shift electrical operations for the factory in individual capacity.
4. Trouble shooting & repairs of process machinery & electrical installations.
5. Operation of Diesel Generator Air compressors LT panels Pumps.
6. Recording daily readings- Energy meter & other utilities.
7. Updating respective work log books PM checklists BDR reports.
8. Work log entry in computer software system.
9. Carryout testing & inspection documentation as per regulatory safety requirements.
10. Monthly inspection of fire & safety devices Emergency lights Pump house.
11. Handling & using specialised test instruments for electrical & instrumentation tests.
12. Carrying out preventive maintenance of equipment checklist updating.
13. Carrying out breakdown repairs of equipment & all utilities.
14. Perform general maintenance works incl equipment cleaning lubrication etc.
15. Recording spares consumption as per inventory management.
16. Execution of safety related corrective actions as assigned.
17. Assisting in Amc service work execution as assigned.
18. Engage the production team during periodic maintenance activity.
