Job Description:

Core Reqs

8 years as a DB2 Systems Programmer on z/OS (infrastructure not application DBA)
Hands-on with DB2 installs upgrades and ongoing maintenance
Strong DB2 performance monitoring and tuning
Experience with DB2 Connect
Implementing and supporting high availability / disaster recovery (data sharing sysplex etc.)
Works closely with DBAs development teams and MVS/zOS infrastructure
Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
