Technical Lead Informatica PowerCenter / PL/SQL

Location: Detroit MI (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will lead ETL development efforts guide the team and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. This is a fully onsite role in Detroit MI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development and delivery of ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements provide solutions and ensure alignment.
Guide and mentor ETL developers including code reviews and technical oversight.
Write optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
Provide hands-on support in Oracle and DB2 database environments.
Perform performance tuning error resolution and production support.
Support overall project delivery ensuring quality timelines and best practices.
Insurance or claims domain experience is beneficial.

Required Skills and Experience

8 10 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter.
Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with ability to resolve complex issues.
Experience working with Oracle and DB2 databases.
Ability to lead and guide a technical team confidently.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
Experience in the insurance or claims domain is preferred.
