Job Summary

Job Title: Health Insurance Business Analyst (Medicaid & ACA Eligibility and Enrollment Large-Scale Systems)

Location: Menands NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Experience in Information Technology supporting large-scale software systems and enterprise applications.
Experience analyzing complex large-scale business processes and developing reviewing and maintaining comprehensive test plans.
Experience researching documenting communicating and validating business and system requirements throughout the system process or product/service development lifecycle including changes to business processes.
Experience preparing and delivering clear effective written communications for business stakeholders IT program teams and executive management.
Experience working with Health Insurance programs including the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Medicaid with a focus on Eligibility and Enrollment systems (non-clinical).
Experience researching reviewing and evaluating technical specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and functional requirements.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
