Job Summary

Design develop test and deploy software applications and systems in alignment with engineering project requirements.
Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Write clean efficient and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
Conduct code reviews debugging and performance optimization to ensure software reliability and quality.
Integrate software components into larger systems and ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.
Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments with minimal downtime.
Stay updated with emerging technologies tools and trends in software engineering and apply them to improve development processes.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
25 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on engineering or industrial applications.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Java Python C or JavaScript).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team settings.
Strong communication skills and ability to document technical specifications clearly.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
