As a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist youll be the friendly voice helping customers get the most out of their products. From powerful vacuum cleaners to cutting-edge air purifiers and hair care tools youll become an expert on products that make a real difference in peoples lives.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Handling incoming phone calls messages and emails from German-speaking customers
  • Providing information and assistance on the full range of products
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and offering practical solutions
  • Processing warranty claims repairs and replacements
  • Offering product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Delivering exceptional service that keeps customers coming back


Requirements

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in German (C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles is appreciated but not required.
