Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a remote luxury safari camp in Zambia seeking a dynamic hands-on Management Couple looking for a long-term opportunity in an exceptional wilderness setting.
The Ideal Couple Will:
Be young vibrant grounded and professional with a strong sense of responsibility
Be seeking longevity and committed to growing with the property
Lead support and care for staff with fairness and consistency
Be patient and adaptable when working within government laws and regulations
Be comfortable working in a very remote environment
Key Responsibilities:
Full involvement in both Front of House and Back of House operations
Day-to-day management of lodge operations and guest experience
Staff leadership mentorship and ongoing training
Operational oversight during high and low season periods
Staffing Structure:
High season: Approximately 50 staff
Low season: Approximately 12 staff
Guiding & Wildlife Requirements:
The couple must be very strong in wildlife knowledge and guiding
The male candidate must hold a valid firearm licence
Additional Information:
The current management couple has trained the team well
A full handover and training period will be provided by the outgoing couple
Work cycles are highly negotiable
Live-in position
