Job Summary

- Perform collision repairs following OEM procedures
- Teardown damage analysis and parts identification
- Repair or replace body panels bumpers brackets and structural components
- Metal finishing plastic repair filler work
- Communicate with estimators and shop management
- Keep a clean and safe work area
- 5 years of auto body repair experience (or equivalent training)
- Strong understanding of collision repair techniques
- Ability to read repair plans and follow OEM guidelines
- Welding experience preferred
- Frame/unibody experience a plus
- Valid drivers license
- Competitive pay (hourly or flat rate based on experience)
