Team Captain, Night Shift

We are looking for a Team Captain-Night Shift who will:

• Manage Workload to meet contractual SLAs

• Work with production staff to ensure all processes are being followed correctly

• Serve as the focal point to give detailed explanations on the intricacies of an insert machine and what it takes to process an order

• Handle daily assignments issues and situations in the absence of the supervisor.

• Take the lead in the success of the department by advising on new products and/or product enhancements or improvements

• Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Inserting.

• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook

• Have the experience to assist with training new hires as business needs dictate.

• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift 6 PM- 6 AM and meet or exceed attendance expectations. Be willing to work overtime if needed.

• Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening

• Are proficiency in English in a business environment.
