HR Lead Central Europe

Were looking for a strategic People Lead to partner with our Commercial Unit leadership team in driving people excellence across BU Central Europe (Poland Czech Republic Slovakia Baltic countries).

Based in Warsaw youll be a trusted advisor on complex people matters while leading a team of HR experts to deliver impactful employee relations and talent strategies.

This is a high-impact role where youll be responsible for implementing global employee relations strategies shape organizational capability drive change initiatives and ensure our people strategies enable business success across multiple countries.

What Youll Do

Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner with both Crop Protection and Seeds leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive business goals
• Act as trusted advisor on complex employee relations and people management matters
• Identify critical talent challenges and develop solutions balancing enterprise and local needs
• Ensure organizational capability processes and culture align with business objectives

Employee Relations Leadership

• Deploy and adapt global employee relations frameworks to local legal and cultural contexts
• Serve as escalation point for complex grievances investigations and disciplinary actions across the geography
• Lead consultation processes with employee representatives
• Monitor employee relations trends and risks; build manager capability through coaching and training
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws in partnership with Legal and Compliance

Organizational Development & Change

• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives with sustainable impact
• Lead talent management initiatives while enabling local adaptation

Team Leadership

• Directly manage and develop the local HR team
• Build team capability and drive personal growth
• Ensure excellence in people management practices at local level

Qualifications :

Essential Experience

• 10 years of HR experience including 2-3 years in people management
• Proven track record leading and developing HR teams
• Experience implementing HR initiatives in global organizations including business change management projects
• Successful history of coaching leaders to achieve people objectives
• Operational HR policy and process management in complex environments
