Job Summary
As a Vehicle Performance Manager you will be responsible for managing overall vehicle performance across projects and ensuring the successful execution of validation and homologation activities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee compliance with performance safety and regulatory requirements throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall vehicle project performance and validation activities
- Manage upgrade means (hardware and software)
- Lead Digital Review meetings and consolidate cross-functional results
- Approve and communicate reports; ensure all requirements are tested for the relevant build level
- Define manage and optimize the homologation planning
- Evaluate vehicle product safety and compliance
- Verify completion of all required validation and testing activities
- Manage fleet usage for validation and testing purposes
- Organize and prepare Safety Releases
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and departments
Qualifications :
- Masters degree (Bac 5) in Engineering
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Transversal management and coordination capabilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Very good knowledge of vehicle functions
- Strong expertise in vehicle functional testing
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Good knowledge of vehicle safety standards and practices
- Proficiency with tools such as: Microsoft Word & Excel - PLM systems - Sirius
