Job Summary

Develop and implement a systematic approach to assess the quality of content on the platform.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics on quality assurance activities and findings for management and stakeholders.
Conduct thorough testing of front-end interfaces websites mobile apps and other digital platforms to identify bugs usability issues and inconsistencies.
Evaluate the usability and user experience of front-end interfaces from the perspective of customers and restaurant partners
Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams on a daily basis and manage other stakeholder relationships.
Act as a liaison with other cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data providing insights for process improvement.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve navigation interaction flows and overall user satisfaction.
Take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing effectiveness of processes and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to implement and learn new tools or technologies that can improve overall operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in using word processing spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g. Microsoft Word Google Docs Powerpoint Excel. etc.)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Has ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Experience working in the technology e-commerce or food industry will act as an advantage.
