Job Summary
- Develop and implement a systematic approach to assess the quality of content on the platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics on quality assurance activities and findings for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough testing of front-end interfaces websites mobile apps and other digital platforms to identify bugs usability issues and inconsistencies.
- Evaluate the usability and user experience of front-end interfaces from the perspective of customers and restaurant partners
- Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams on a daily basis and manage other stakeholder relationships.
- Act as a liaison with other cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data providing insights for process improvement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve navigation interaction flows and overall user satisfaction.
- Take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing effectiveness of processes and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to implement and learn new tools or technologies that can improve overall operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using word processing spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g. Microsoft Word Google Docs Powerpoint Excel. etc.)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Has ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience working in the technology e-commerce or food industry will act as an advantage.
