Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support Experians vertical markets by driving project coordination automation AI implementation and operational excellence across vertical marketing programs. This role is critical for ensuring a smooth execution of marketing initiatives and leveraging technology to improve efficiency. You will report to the Director Vertical Marketing and Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support integrated marketing programs events and special projects with planning logistics and execution.
  • Coordinate and manage vertical market campaigns and thought leadership initiatives ensuring deliverables are completed.
  • Assist with reporting and process management including campaign codes SOPs and repository updates (SharePoint Seismic).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing assets.
  • Contribute to process improvement and standardization to enhance efficiency leveraging AI and implementing automation when appropriate.

Qualifications :

 

  • 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management (B2B preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Eloqua Marketo) and interest in AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Wrike Tableau a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
