The annual base salary for this position ranges from $102800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $210000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidates location qualifications skills and experience.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON
As NY Energy Marketing Lead you will be part of the NY Energy team reporting directly to the NY Energy Marketing role will be responsible for balancing Nikes Sport Offense Marketing execution through our key talent relationships across the NA cultural ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for leading a diverse and connected team focused on the following core duties:
Specifically you will be responsible for:
- Creating integrated marketing concepts from planning to execution aimed at pushing the intersections of sports and culture through creativity
- Driving integration with our NY Sport Offense including Basketball Running Soccer Training and Sportswear
- Leading product collaboration projects with external partners Global and city teams
- Partnering with key city teams to identify and managea network of cultural catalysts to boost the brand priorities and create the future of sport* in alignment to our global strategy
- Supporting the NY Brand Marketing cross-functional offense with partners across Nike Store Marketing Partner Retail Marketing Brand Communications Brand Creative and Marketplace to drive integrated plans
- Briefing and managing external agencies
- Identify gather and formulate insights about forward-thinking consumers to enable us to better serve creative youth on the ground in the city and provide feedback to North America & Global Energy teams to inform long-term concepts
WHAT DO YOU BRING TO NIKE
A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements to be considered.
Essential requirements:
- 5-8 yearsof experience in brand and/or brand functional management with a strong focus on cultural marketing and collaborations.
- Expert knowledge in NYC subcultures & communities within Art Design Fashion Streetwear Hospitality. Ability to effortlessly navigate within these spaces or have the desire and potential to do so
- Excellent communication presentation and project management skills with wide range of stakeholders brand and business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with both internal and external partners
- Strong industry expertise on competitive brands/products and current retail landscape in the cultural collaboration space (NBHD/RNWY)
- Highly collaborative with a desire and willingness to work in anagile environment
- Passion for Sport and the role it can play in the world
