Infiniti of Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Detail Manager to oversee and lead our vehicle detailing operations. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining luxury vehicle standards.
Job Summary
The Detail Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the detail department ensuring vehicles meet Infiniti quality standards and supporting on-time delivery for sales and service customers. This role requires hands-on leadership strong organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the detailing department
Maintain Infiniti luxury-quality appearance standards for all vehicles
Schedule and prioritize detailing workflow for Sales and Service
Perform quality control inspections on completed vehicles
Train coach and supervise detail staff
Maintain inventory of supplies chemicals and equipment
Ensure a clean safe and organized work area
Communicate effectively with Sales Managers Service Advisors and leadership
Assist with hands-on detailing as needed
Qualifications
Automotive detailing experience required
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to manage time workflow and personnel effectively
Ability to stand bend and work outdoors or in shop conditions
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Compensation
Competitive hourly or piece-rate pay structure
