As an Associate Banker inMiddleMarket Banking you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. You willbe responsible forhelping bankers cover new prospects deepen existing client relationships complete portfolio reviews build marketshareand drive internal and external client dialogue.
You willbe requiredto havedeepworking knowledge of our solutions including but not limited to: Credit Treasury Services International Banking CommercialCardand Merchant Services. Associates work closely with product partners Corporate Client Banking Global Corporate Banking andCoretherefore our ideal candidateexhibitsa strong interest in cross border businesses cultural sensitivity a commitment to teamwork and partnership and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
Middle Market Associatesgenerally focuson companies $20 million plus in sales size.

Requiredqualificationscapabilitiesandskills
- 3 years in a similar banking venturecreditor treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skillsrequired
- Demonstrated ability to develop andretainnew and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigatestructureand negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
Preferredqualificationscapabilitiesandskills
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
- Excellent problem solving oral and written communication skills
