Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage daily transportation activities including scheduling routing and tracking shipments (domestic and international).
• Liaise with carriers freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers to negotiate rates and resolve service issues.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations customs requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading customs declarations and freight invoices.
• Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with warehouse procurement and customer service teams to optimize logistics operations.
• Address and resolve shipment delays damages or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments inventory movements and carrier performance metrics.
• Support implementation of logistics software and digital tracking tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics transportation or traffic coordination.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with international shipping and documentation is a plus
• Analytical thinking and process improvement
• Team collaboration and cross-functional communication
