Job Responsibilities:

Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues
Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems
Complete installation and service documentation (forms reports logs etc.)
Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics
Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially

Qualifications:

Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses
Minimum of 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer Car Accessories Installer or Automotive/ ElectricalTechnician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.
Proficient in: Automotive systems Electronics Troubleshooting Driving Technical Analysis and Client Service
Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures
Must have a valid drivers license and owns a motorcycle
Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across Pangasinan province and nearby areas
