Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts visuals and layouts for marketing campaigns social media events and product launches.

• Design engaging digital assets including banners infographics short animations and promotional materials.

• Work closely with marketing product and content teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while continuously exploring fresh creative directions.

• Stay up to date with design trends Web3 culture and emerging tools to drive innovation in visual communication.

• Support UI/UX design requirements for landing pages websites or in-app visuals when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design Visual Communication or a related discipline.

• 5 years of experience in graphic design creative content or visual communication; experience within the crypto fintech or tech industry is a strong advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity storytelling ability and versatility across digital media.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) or Figma.

• Solid understanding of Web3 culture blockchain concepts and online community aesthetics (memes NFT art etc.).

• Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficiency in using AI design tools is essential.
