Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver training on Core Java concepts: OOPs Exception Handling Collections Multithreading.
Train candidates on Advanced Java: JDBC Servlets JSP.
Provide hands-on training with Spring Spring Boot Hibernate (preferred).
Prepare training materials assignments and real-time project scenarios.
Conduct assessments quizzes and mock interviews.
Mentor trainees on coding standards best practices and career guidance.
Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback.
Support placement-oriented training if required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java.
Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
Good understanding of Hibernate / JPA.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Basic exposure to SQL & databases (MySQL / Oracle).
Familiarity with Git Maven Gradle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in corporate training or academic teaching.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
Interview preparation and placement support experience.
