We are looking for a talented RF/Network Application Engineer to join our this role you will be responsible for designing deploying and optimizing wireless networks in real-world field environments. If you thrive in both hands-on fieldwork and technical problem-solving wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Design and plan wireless network deployments using mmWave technology.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess deployment conditions.
Deploy configure and test wireless backhaul solutions in the field.
Optimize RF parameters link budgets and network performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and field engineers.
Work closely with product and R&D teams to improve network solutions.
Document designs test results and deployment procedures.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or a related field.
Experience in RF design wireless network planning or field deployments.
Familiarity with mmWave WiGig (802.11ad/ay) or microwave technologies.
Strong understanding of RF propagation link budgets and interference analysis.
Hands-on experience with networking protocols routers and switches.
Proficiency in network planning tools and RF simulation software is a plus.
Willingness to travel for field deployments and customer support.
