2. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages consistently.
  
• Master brewing techniques espresso extraction milk-texturing and presentation.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
  

3. Store Operations

• Manage inventory ordering and restocking beverage and café supplies.
  
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and operational excellence at all times.
  

4. Brand & Product Knowledge

• Educate guests on the menu beans flavor profiles and seasonal offerings.
  
• Represent the essence of the brands hospitality luxury warmth and personalization.
