R3 Consultant is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Pune. This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to delve into data analytics within the staffing and recruiting industry where your insights will drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to recruitment metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs
- Utilize statistical methods to solve business problems
- Present findings and recommendations to management and clients
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various platforms
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover new opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics or a related field
- 8 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong expertise in Data Visualization Predictive Analytics Forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI)
- Strong experience in Machine Learning
- Experience with statistical analysis software (R Python) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making
