JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State College of Education Department of Educational Psychology Counseling and Special Education (EPCSE). The College of Education at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a qualified Part Time Recruitment Coordinator to support the federally funded CARE for Special Educators Project a multi-site randomized controlled trial focused on improving well-being and instructional engagement among special education teachers. This position will play a key role in on-site recruitment relationship building and participant support across partnering school districts. Residence and/or K-12 teaching experience in the recruitment location (New Orleans) is strongly preferred.
This is a fixed-term appointment funded by external grants and is renewable contingent upon performance and continued funding.

This position requires local and regional travel to school districts. Occasional evening or early morning recruitment visits may be needed depending on district schedules. This position is based at University Park but may include flexible/remote work in alignment with project needs and Penn State guidelines.
