Schedule: 1st Shift; Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $15.00/hr
(Pay Range: $15.00-$19.50/hr based on education and experience)
Essential functions of this job include but are not limited to:
- Effectively and courteously answers all telephone calls received at OHHC reception desk.
- Maintains telephone coverage during hours on duty. Answers call courteously and professionally.
- Directs calls to the appropriate party in a timely manner and takes concise messages as needed.
- Makes overhead pages for groups or individuals in a clear concise and professional manner as necessary.
- Effectively and courteously greets individuals who arrive at the building (e.g. employees clients and visitors). Directs people as necessary and ensures they are escorted as required. Notifies assigned Pretrial Supervision Monitor or Clinician when clients arrive.
- Signs in/out all outside visitors and logs them in the visitor sign in book. Only permits authorized visitors beyond receptionist area. Immediately notifies supervisor and/or on-site supervisor of unauthorized visitors who fail to follow directives.
- Prepares mail for pick up for Agency Courier in a timely and organized manner. Receives sorts and distributes all incoming U.S. mail and interoffice mail in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs timely and accurate data entry functions into ORION and/or other databases as needed. Follows up with corrections of any found errors. Inputs accurate alco-sensor test results. Completes an incident report if alco-sensor results or UDS results are positive and advises assigned Pretrial Supervision Monitor of positive results.
- Organizes pretrial and electronic monitoring packets and files (electronic). Records demographic information accurately in ORION as needed.
- Creates accurate and thorough Assessment Intake Packets. Maintains adequate supply of intake documents regularly to ensure availability.
- Files equipment return sheets monthly in an accurate and organized manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent required. Computer skills including WORD and ORION required. Must have the ability to effectively work with Agency employees outside contacts and a diverse client population.
