We have a contract Director of Nursing position available in Eureka KS. Contract will last several weeks.

As a Registered Nurse heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Supervise and support nurse managers RNs LPNs CNAs and other clinical staff.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvement initiatives.
- Review incidents medication errors and adverse events; develop corrective plans.
- Foster a positive professional and compliant work culture.
A few must-haves for Registered Nurses:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Kansas
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency critical thinking skills good communicator and compassionate
